ADVANCED ENERGY DISTRICT

The Northeast Ohio Advanced Energy District (AED) financing program offers a unique economic, community development and business attraction tool for the region.  The program will eliminate one of the biggest barriers commercial and industrial property owners face when deciding to pursue energy upgrades by offering upfront long term financing of 100% of project costs.   The regional program and associated saving benefits will help to keep businesses in Cleveland and inner ring communities while creating and retaining jobs. Finally, the AED will act as an attraction tool to companies in the energy industry given the limited funding programs for energy projects across the rest of the state.
